Description:
Position Overview: The HR Executive will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll support, training administration, and HR administration. This role also involves ensuring compliance with MOM regulations, handling employee welfare activities, and managing work pass applications and renewals for foreign workers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or Business Studies.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience .Experience in the Construction or Marine industry .Familiarity with MOM regulations and HR practices.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination between HR and other departments.Knowledge of the Info-Tech system is an advantage .

- Tuas (Company Transport available from Jurong East & Marsiling MRT)
- 5 Days Work Week (8.30am - 5.15pm)

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Oversee the onboarding of new employees.
- Handle employee exit management.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Payroll Support:
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, including attendance verification and overtime calculations.
- Training Administration:
- Identify and organize training needs, including sourcing, administration, and registration.
- HR Administration:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems.Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other documentation.
- Staff Orientation & Briefing:
- Conduct staff orientations and regular briefings on company policies and procedures.
- Work Pass Management:
- Process applications, renewals, and cancellations for MOM work passes for foreign workers.
- Vendor Liaison:
- Coordinate with vendors on dormitory-related issues.
- Government Claims:
- Submit claims for government-paid leave, including maternity, childcare, and paternity leave.
- Insurance Matters:
- Manage company insurance matters and process claims.
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan and organize employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Ad-Hoc HR & Admin Tasks:
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
