Description:
Our company (River Fort Private Limited) is a licensed security agency started in 2017 and have been growing since then, developing a strong niche in traffic management. We have a young dynamic, results oriented team with a positive work environment. We are currently in search for a motivated Human Resource Executive to assist our team. We are seeking a candidarte that has a keen interest in exposure to a full range HR function.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and assist in recruitment of officers: Preparation of job descriptions, identification of suitable recruitment channels, initiating recruitment process, shortlisting & coordination of interviews and on-boarding.
- Application of work permits for foreign employees
- Developing & maintaining HR policies & procedures
- Manage and take ownership of database of full-time, part-time staff and independent contractors
- Assist operations manager with annual performance evaluation
- Full-range weekly and monthly payroll for the company including CPF submissions, monthly payroll reportResponsible for annual submission of IR8A and other statutory submissions
