Description:
ou will assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives. You will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance, etc. The company has a HRMS system (Info-Tech) for routine HR duties and encourages automation / digitalization of all routine HR functions.
- Draft and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company’s overall objectives
- Recruitment / Talent acquisition
- On Boarding: Conduct orientation, employee handbook, company rules & culture
- HRIS system Administrator
- Employee relations and welfare
- Performance Appraisals
- Training & Development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Organise Company Internal Newsletter
- Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee IT departments
- Manage day-to-day office upkeep, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
