Description:

Job Title: Human Resource, Executive / Senior Executive
Industry: Oil / Gas / Petroleum
Salary: SGD 3000 - 3800
Location: South West, Singapore

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.
  • Manage the performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and other entitlements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with managers to address employee-related matters and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate effective communication and engagement between the management and employees.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with Timesoft payroll system will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and HR information systems.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
