Description:

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle – from talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations matters, performance management to off-boarding
  • Support manpower needs in recruitment including sourcing, job posting, onboarding process, orientation and off-boarding
  • Manage all Work Pass [WP, SPass, EP] matters such as applications, renewal and cancellation
  • Maintain and update staff personal records
  • Provide day to day operational HR and administration support
  • Provide expert and timely advice to business units on HR policies and procedures
  • Foster strong employee communication and engagement with the stakeholders
  • Initiate and execute projects for process improvement and/or system enhancements
  • Handle ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Min 2 years of relevant HR experiences
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong in both verbal and written communication
  • Possess good understanding of HR process, practices, and employment law
  • Meticulous, responsible, resourceful with high degree of professional integrity and can work independently as well as in a team
  • Energetic, fast learning with an impossible-is-nothing attitude
  • Comfortable working with staff and management at all levels
