Description:
Mirak Automotive Group is seeking a personable and dependable Part-time Human Resources representative to provide human resource guidelines and support to the organization in order to maintain positive employee relationships.
Your primary responsibility in this position is to help guide the overall provision of the human resource services, policies and programs for the dealership.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Human Resources as a generalist or in a specialist position is preferred but not required.
- Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Excel.
- Must know MS Office product line.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organization diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
- Excellent consulting and coaching skills; strong management skills and business literacy skills.
- Strong conflict management skills; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
- Demonstrates ability to efficiently organize work and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Able to deal with a broad range of customers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in Benefits Administration (Medical, Dental and Vision), including contact with carriers, annual renewals, etc.
- Assisting management team in recruiting & onboarding for all dealership positions
- Documentation of disciplinary actions including terminations.
- Process Workman’s Compensation or unemployment claims
- Assist in updating employee documentation
