Description:
Administering and managing human resources plans for departments.
Manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, development to off-boarding.
Planning and organizing the activities and actions of the HR department.
Work closely with different department leaders to provide HR advice on various aspects, i.e. manpower planning, employee retention and employee relations.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support company business growth.
Conducting annual salary and compensation surveys and findings.
Spearheading personnel policies and procedures.
Administering benefits program.
