Education/Professional Qualification

  • Diploma in Human Resource or IT related field

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • At least 2 years of HR generalist experience
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills
  • Good knowledge of HR functions, practices, and employment-related laws and regulations
  • Good command in written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent record keeping skills
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
  • Possess computer literacy in email, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and HRIS software

Language Requirements

  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in spoken Mandarin

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

Through strategic partnership and collaboration, the Human Resource (HR) team aims to provide effective HR management and develop high performing teams that contribute to the vision and goals of the church and its subsidiaries.

PRIMARY ROLE:

The primary role is providing support in various HR functions, which include HRIS system maintenance, training and development coordination, liaising with institutions on internship programmes, and staff welfare to the church and its subsidiaries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and update HRIS system and staff database
  • Serve as a point of contact, provide technical support and guidance to end-users
  • Participate in any new HR system implementation and upgrades
  • Maintain complete documentations and prepare monthly reports
  • Maintain and update Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Consolidate and compile annual training plan
  • Source training courses requested by HODs
  • Schedule and register for training courses and keep employees informed of their trainings
  • Administer government-supported grants and funds
  • Serve as a point of contact for internship programmes with institutions
  • Implement and maintain HR policies with proper documentation
  • Assist in end-to-end management of pre-boarding and on-boarding processes
  • Assist in the management of off-boarding processes
  • Support and assist in new HR initiatives and staff welfare events
