Human Resource Manager (F&B Brands: Beard Papa's, Chewy Beret & Rive Gauche)

Job Description:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relationship, performance management and employee engagement.
• Be involved in recruitment strategies formation, manpower sourcing and planning, foreign talent work pass & quota issues, develop talent management framework, assessment and selection and associated processes, job posting and conduct interviews.
• Manage the entire performance appraisal cycle including annual increment and promotion exercise as well as succession planning programme.
• Review compensation and benefits and implement HR strategies, initiatives and policy advisory aligned with overall business needs.
• Partnering with management and business units to enhance work environment & relationships, drive engagement and increase productivity, and employee related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Business administration or related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience as an HR generalist/partner role specially in Payroll, preferably in retail/service industry
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing a team
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and industry trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resoultion skills
• Detail-orientated with excellent organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive work attitude, resourceful, self-driven and meticulous
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking internal/external personnel
