Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years managerial experience in HR Generalist roles
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Acts, Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), Government Employment or Support Schemes
  • Experience in HR digitalization and improving processes
  • Experience in Training Management and Succession Planning processes
  • Well versed in Payroll Software, MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently in multi-tasking and dynamic work environment
  • Analytical and proactive to take initiative and work effectively as team
  • Salary Range: $4,000 to $5,000

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of human resource functions.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process including medical and dental claims,

insurance matters and monthly headcount reports.

  • Handle Employee Grievances process, disciplinary inquiries, and recommendations.
  • Manage time attendance system and review timesheets for payroll processing.
  • Manage all work pass related matters.
  • Create, maintain, and update all leave records, including all government leave claim

submission.

  • Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws

and regulations.

  • Oversee the performance appraisal review process, including goal setting, performance

evaluations, and performance improvement plans.

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and review compensation structures to ensure competitiveness.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records, HR databases, and

documentation.
