- At least 6 years’ experience in HR and Administrative matters with a Degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resource Management
- Detail-oriented, independent and organized

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all human resources activities through the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, talent acquisition, performance management, career development, learning and development, compensation and benefits
- Be the subject matter expert and provide support and guidance for all HR and Admin-related queries
- Review and shape Hubble’s company culture, including all HR policies, company activities, and people development
- Implement and master new technology software to help with company processes, including tools for communication, collaboration and reporting
- Explore and implement opportunities for events, initiatives and programmes beneficial for the company
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
- Develop clear policies and ensuring policy awarenessHandle disciplinary meetings and investigations in accordance with company policy
