Our Client, a leader in the private Health Care Sector is looking for an HR Manager for one of their hospitals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience performing generalist Human Resources functions with at least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role
- Experience working within a Private Hospital environment is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Computer literacy is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience of the Sage 300 People system as well as the the Kronos system
- Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to cope in a pressurized environment
