Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION - LOCATION IN DUBAI - AFFILIATE OFFICE

  1. Maintain employee records, filing systems and updated employee database.
  2. Ensure employees understand and comply with Company’s policies and procedures.
  3. Handle a full spectrum of human resource activities, including payroll, recruitment, retention, resignation, employee benefits, training, and performance.
  4. Liaise with government statutory bodies such as Labor Office, Perkeso, EPF, LHDN for any requirement matters and staff yearly taxation submission.
  5. Develop and implement robust recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all levels.
  6. Design and overseas impactful training programs that foster employee growth and career advancement.
  7. Create a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering open communication, strong employee relations, and high engagement.
  8. Ensure adherence to all HR regulations and company policies.
  9. Manage employee records and systems effectively.
  10. Collaborate with leadership and various departments to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  1. Ability to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans.
  2. Proficiency with HR management tools, such as HRM software
  3. Skilled in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
  4. Strong understanding in HR compliance and best practice.
  5. Excellent business communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  6. A collaborative and solution-oriented approach to challenges, ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  7. Any ad-hoc task as and when required inclusive of administration job.
  8. At least Diploma/bachelor’s degree in human resource management
  9. Able to work with minimum supervision and self-starter sufficient.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft office 365, excel, word, PowerPoint.
  11. Willingness to learn.
  12. Growth with the Company objectives
