Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION - LOCATION IN DUBAI - AFFILIATE OFFICE
- Maintain employee records, filing systems and updated employee database.
- Ensure employees understand and comply with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Handle a full spectrum of human resource activities, including payroll, recruitment, retention, resignation, employee benefits, training, and performance.
- Liaise with government statutory bodies such as Labor Office, Perkeso, EPF, LHDN for any requirement matters and staff yearly taxation submission.
- Develop and implement robust recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all levels.
- Design and overseas impactful training programs that foster employee growth and career advancement.
- Create a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering open communication, strong employee relations, and high engagement.
- Ensure adherence to all HR regulations and company policies.
- Manage employee records and systems effectively.
- Collaborate with leadership and various departments to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans.
- Proficiency with HR management tools, such as HRM software
- Skilled in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Strong understanding in HR compliance and best practice.
- Excellent business communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A collaborative and solution-oriented approach to challenges, ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Any ad-hoc task as and when required inclusive of administration job.
- At least Diploma/bachelor’s degree in human resource management
- Able to work with minimum supervision and self-starter sufficient.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office 365, excel, word, PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn.
