JOB SUMMARY
Our client, a key player in the Hospitality industry seeks the services of a Human Resource Manager, As the Human Resources Manager, you will be a crucial part of the team, ensuring effective HR operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 – 10 years of Relevant Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the leisure or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000 Gross
Responsibilities:
- Develop hiring plans for every department in the company based on seasonal necessities.
- Monitor employee working and attendance schedules including paid time off, breaks, and overtime.
- Assess, screen, and interview job candidates.
- Work to onboard new hires to make them feel comfortable.
- Report on employee turnover rates.
- Organize and recommend training programs requisite to improve employees’ performance and skills.
- Serve as a liaison for employees who possess inquiries on job-related issues.
- Collaborate on accommodation, transport, and catering for our employees when needed.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Administer remuneration, severance, and benefits policies.
- Make sure that staff complies with relevant safety and health rules of the company.
- Evaluating and monitoring the budgets of all departments in the company.
- Listing to employees’ complaints and ensuring workplace safety.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation.
