Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage full Spectrum of Human Resource functions including monthly payroll, CPF, work permits, leave management, monthly reporting, annual income filing for employees, MOM, and employee related surverys.
  • Carry out all general HR administration, including but not limited to, letter writing, issue memorandum, reporting, implementing, and facilitating HR processes, etc.
  • Expedite and manage the application, renewal and cancellation of employee work passes on a timely basis and ensure the Company has sufficient quota.
  • Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll computation across all entities (parent & subsidiary companies)
  • Attend to employee’s queries on salary matters and/or resolve employee’s complaints relating to pay claims and other salary issues.
  • Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook and HR manual current.
  • Assist line managers in employee progress reviews and assessment, discussing and addressing any problems or grievances which may arise.
  • Date entry and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in monthly commission checking and calculation for staff.Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, with a can-do attitude.
  • Familiar with local employment act.
  • Familiar with Infotech HRMS.
