Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires graduation from high school or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Strong work ethic and dependability is a MUST
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Must be able to keep track of and recall various amounts of information and detail on a daily basis
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Suite, Docusign, Zoom, etc.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc)
  • Considerable knowledge of business writing, terminology and office procedures
  • Ability to keyboard at a speed necessary for successful job performance and to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Familiarity working with HR databases, ApplicantPro, Handshake, and Indeed preferred, but not necessary prior to hire
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality
  • Must work the days and hours necessary to perform responsibilities, and begins and ends work on time, which is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with company managers to create HR Support for all employees
  • Oversee recruiting; this includes job listings, applicant screenings, scheduling interviews, and hiring
  • Assist in keep employee’s files up to date
  • Monitor when employees are due for raises
  • Schedule and collect employee evaluations from Supervisors
  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations (both state and federal)
  • Oversee the enrollment process for Health Insurance and monitor ongoing employees benefits
  • Review letters of discipline, success, and terminations from the various supervisors
  • Conduct audits of current employee data to ensure up to date and accurate information
  • Promote a positive employee experience
  • Answer phones and be able to obtain information to correctly direct callers to the appropriate person
  • Assist with additional projects as assigned
