Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires graduation from high school or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in Human Resources preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependability is a MUST
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Must be able to keep track of and recall various amounts of information and detail on a daily basis
- Knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Suite, Docusign, Zoom, etc.
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc)
- Considerable knowledge of business writing, terminology and office procedures
- Ability to keyboard at a speed necessary for successful job performance and to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Familiarity working with HR databases, ApplicantPro, Handshake, and Indeed preferred, but not necessary prior to hire
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality
- Must work the days and hours necessary to perform responsibilities, and begins and ends work on time, which is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with company managers to create HR Support for all employees
- Oversee recruiting; this includes job listings, applicant screenings, scheduling interviews, and hiring
- Assist in keep employee’s files up to date
- Monitor when employees are due for raises
- Schedule and collect employee evaluations from Supervisors
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations (both state and federal)
- Oversee the enrollment process for Health Insurance and monitor ongoing employees benefits
- Review letters of discipline, success, and terminations from the various supervisors
- Conduct audits of current employee data to ensure up to date and accurate information
- Promote a positive employee experience
- Answer phones and be able to obtain information to correctly direct callers to the appropriate person
- Assist with additional projects as assigned
