We are recruiting to fill the position below:

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are advantageous but not required.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
  • Proven track record of handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration tasks.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS software and other HR tools.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
