We are recruiting to fill the position below:
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are advantageous but not required.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
- Proven track record of handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration tasks.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS software and other HR tools.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software.
Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
