• Developing and executing initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
• Overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborating with the HR Team to identify staffing needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
• Crafting and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and maintain accurate documentation.
• Spearheading a communications program, focusing on digital marketing and company promotion, particularly through social media.
• Managing projects that showcase our company tagline, values, and community involvement.
• Representing our client at promotional events, nurturing new relationships, and acting as a company ambassador.
• Generating monthly reports covering HR and communication activities within the company.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, including department heads and managers, to address HR-related inquiries, offer guidance, and facilitate effective communication
