Human Resource Specialist (Training)

JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be tasked to handle designing and developing programs and curriculum, partner with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives. Coordinate and support all learning programs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business or Human Resources with at least 1 Year working experience in learning & development or HR generalist.
• Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management.
• Strong Computer knowledge in excel, power-point and automation too (Uipath, VBA, Power BI)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starter as well as a good team player who is able to work independently.
• Adaptable, flexible and comfortable to work in a Japanese company with a multicultural environment.
