Following exciting growth plans, we are looking for a Human Resources Administrator.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Human Resources Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department’s daily operations and initiatives. In addition to your core HR responsibilities, this role may require the ability to travel interstate as necessary to support our various branches and projects across different locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Contract and Benefits Administrator: Support the recruitment process by preparing letters of offer and employment contracts, coordinating benefits enrolment processes and serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to contracts and policies.
  • HR Policy Compliance: Assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, by staying informed of changes and assisting with policy implementation.
  • Employee Relations: Address employees and management queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and a supportive work environment. Supporting management with performance and disciplinary discussions.
  • Training and Development: Developing training materials and coordinating training sessions and professional development opportunities for employees, working closely with department heads to identify training needs.
  • HR reporting: Generate reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making and identify trends related to recruitment, employee turnover, and other HR metrics.
