Description:

DXP/HSE IS LOOKING FOR A HR ADMINISTRATOR FOR THEIR DOWNTOWN CORPORATE OFFICE. THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSTION MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 8AM - 4:30PM

The Administrator will provide support and clerical duties within an office environment. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills within a team enviorment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities:

Will provide support and complete administration tasks pertaining to Human Resources and Payroll, such as:

  • Responding to benefit inquiries
  • Preparing documentation
  • Coordinating responses to inquiries with multiple parties
  • Health & Safety administration work
  • Working directly with employees to obtain documentation
  • Support in reporting and coordinating incident and activity documentation
  • May be required to help with mass hiring projects that would include Pre-screening, Onboarding and Paperwork
  • Assist in ensuring that all Industrial workers are meeting the training and compliance requirements for their position.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the casual industrial workers employee files including new hire paperwork, training certifications, fit / audio and drug and alcohol documentation, performance management reports and other employment related information.
  • Review and complete new hire packages for payroll processing.
