Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant experience with state and federal compliance regulations
  • Experience with Workman’s compensation (is a plus)
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional and confidential demeanor and approach to work
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work on-site in the office 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Process merit increases and organizational changes in HRIS and other systems
  • Assign and track performance reviews
  • Personnel file management to include uploading and attaching personnel documents to employee files
  • Process terminations in HRIS, sending termination notifications and liaison with IT for equipment return
  • Assist and serve as backup to onboarding process – conducting new hire orientations, processing new hires in HRIS, and completion of I-9’s
  • Assist with HR Mailbox questions and responses
  • Process employee and contractor medical requirements to comply with contracts and SOWs
  • Assist in background checks, drug screens, monitoring and creation and dissemination of attestations of employee and contractor compliance with applicable requirements
  • Manage vendor portals and dashboards for relevant health-related project requirements
  • Serve as the liaison and main point-of-contact for vendors and clients as it relates to compliance with employee and contractor medical credentialing
  • Manage subcontractor information in HRIS to include adding, updating and termination
  • Other HR tasks, as assigne
