Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant experience with state and federal compliance regulations
- Experience with Workman’s compensation (is a plus)
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional and confidential demeanor and approach to work
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Willing to work on-site in the office 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities:
- Process merit increases and organizational changes in HRIS and other systems
- Assign and track performance reviews
- Personnel file management to include uploading and attaching personnel documents to employee files
- Process terminations in HRIS, sending termination notifications and liaison with IT for equipment return
- Assist and serve as backup to onboarding process – conducting new hire orientations, processing new hires in HRIS, and completion of I-9’s
- Assist with HR Mailbox questions and responses
- Process employee and contractor medical requirements to comply with contracts and SOWs
- Assist in background checks, drug screens, monitoring and creation and dissemination of attestations of employee and contractor compliance with applicable requirements
- Manage vendor portals and dashboards for relevant health-related project requirements
- Serve as the liaison and main point-of-contact for vendors and clients as it relates to compliance with employee and contractor medical credentialing
- Manage subcontractor information in HRIS to include adding, updating and termination
