ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to support the team in delivering the people agenda in the role of HR Administrator at ICC Sydney on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
As HR Administrator you will act as the first point of contact for ICC Sydney Team Members with Human Resources enquiries, providing critical support to the HR Partnering team and wider business. Through a broad range of administrative duties across the entire employee lifecycle, you will ensure that all our people related data and documents are in order, correct and comprehensive, and all employee records accurate.
If you are a new HR professional or currently studying this role will allow you to apply your knowledge as well as learning the practical application of HR. The role will provide you with the opportunity to develop a broad range of base level HR skills that a successful and well-rounded HR generalist requires, all within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
As the first point of contact for all HR needs, you will ensure all team members are welcomed and attended to in a prompt and efficient manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Recent graduate or currently studying Human Resources or related Business Degree/Diploma
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Understanding and practical application experience across all HR functions
- Experience across generalist Human Resource functions (Recruitment, HRIS) advantageous
- 0 – 1 years in a similar role
