We are currently looking for a full time/part time Human Resource Administrator to join our Perth team. Just Better Care professionals play a key role in helping families receive the care and support services they need.

Human Resource Administrator is a office based staff who performs an important role in ensuring that the right applicants pass the recruitment process to join the company and they are supported in on-going training to maintain their skills so that quality services are delivered to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Follow all internal recruitment and human resource processes.
  • Organising staff training
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Monitors compliance in relation to clearance requirements
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • In conjunction with Just Better Care Perth’s management, take a key role and at times leadership role in the development and implementation of HR strategies and projects.
  • Identify, design and implement HR strategies and solutions to achieve agreed outcomes relating to: organisational design, organisational change, performance management, workforce and strategic planning and other HR activities inclusive of effective negotiation and consultation with management and staff.
  • Take ownership of the HR results and outcomes.
  • Provide high level, timely and professional advice to senior managers and staff, in interpreting and implementing human resource policy including: recruitment; staff management; industrial relations; retention; and, training and development.
  • Represent and provide high level advice and support on behalf of Just Better Care on internal and external forums and committees.
  • Develop effective, collaborative relationships and networking with all internal customers and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver training and educational material to satisfy organisational competence and assist Just Better Care Perth to produce best practice learning aids and resource material.
