What you’ll do:

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team by providing efficient, effective, timely and accurate support. Your main responsibility will be monitoring a centralised inbox to provide accurate advice on a broad range of HR management issues. You will also undertake confidential administrative duties, assist with the preparation of documentation and reports, and participate in projects to ensure outcomes are delivered within agreed timeframes. Your strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively will contribute significantly to your success in this role.

  • Monitor a centralised inbox to provide accurate advice on HR management issues
  • Undertake confidential human resources administrative duties as required
  • Support organisational staff and management in the use of complex HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation, policies, procedures and standards
  • Assist with the preparation of documentation and reports as required
  • Participate in projects and working groups to ensure outcomes are delivered within agreed timeframes
