We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team! This position will report to our Sr. Director of People and Culture Operations at our corporate HQ in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for the general management of the corporate office space as well as administrative human resources functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office management duties including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance repairs and distributing mail/packages
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to general HR inquiries
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, auditing systems and completing employment verifications
  • Facilitate new team members onboarding by reviewing required paperwork, shipping equipment and scheduling orientation
  • Coordinate and plan corporate events including monthly town halls, lunches, happy hours, game night, etc.
  • Assist with travel booking for all corporate team members
  • Support People and Culture department with benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives
