Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has become available for a professional Human Resources Advisor to join the Chancery team and deliver contemporary people centered support and advice across their parishes, agencies, health, aged care and community service entities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working within the People & Culture team, partnering with our parishes, entities and agencies, providing HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, induction, training and development, employee relations and performance management.
- Provide WHS and proactive injury management advice and support.
- Supporting the delivery of People & Culture initiatives and projects.
- Performance and behavioural management.
- Develop strong relationships within internal and external teams.
