You Will:
- Respond to employee questions and requests promptly, accurately, and respectfully.
- Promote a culture that ensures physical and psychological safety for all.
- Engage in all aspects of HR, including: Recruitment and Retention, Collaborative Performance Management, Benefits and Claims, and Union Relations.
- Act as a resource for employees to ensure that policies and procedures are known, understood, and followed.
- Model appropriate conduct and organizational norms.
- Work closely within Corporate Services to provide integrated and efficient services to the entire organization.
- Provide leadership and expertise to inform and to support management decision making.
