Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity is now available for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team in Mackay. This role allows for real impact as it allows you to work closely with senior management but also have the support from technical experts. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position will conduct HR activities across multiple NEPEAN businesses.
The role is a fixed term maternity leave contract that allows for full time hours to be worked during the period of the contract.
Duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Talent Acquisition - including end to end recruitment processes such as reviewing CV’s, initiating contact with potential candidates.
- Assist with ER and IR matters where required
- Assist hiring managers in decision making
- Manage the onboarding of candidates, including collecting license’s and necessary documentation from new employees.
- Building a strong pipeline of candidates for future forecasted roles
- HR Administration activities - including reporting
