We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Advisor to support the HR function nationally across our Canadian Buildings sector. This dynamic role involves providing expertise in developing and supporting strategic programs across various facets of human resources including talent acquisition, change management and employee engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive human resources experience preferred. Demonstrated understanding and application of HR related principles, practices, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, present ideas and content that influences a favorable outcome.
- Ability to research, analyze information and data, and make recommendations. Able to work independently or in a team environment in a highly matrixed organization.
- Seen as a trusted advisor with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support national HR programs, policies, and processes in alignment with sector and company strategy and priorities.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to support national growth and strategic resourcing, including full cycle recruitment for senior and international talent.
- Prepare and support annual HR processes for performance management, salary and bonus review, and succession planning.
- Plan and execute specific project work including Engagement, Mobility, Wellness and Internal Leadership Programs.
- Lead and support change management to deliver on program responsibilities.
- Provide short term full cycle human resources support to districts as needed.
