A rare and exciting opportunity exists within our very own HR solutions team. We are looking for a passionate Human Resources Advisor to join an on-site client facing team who is a global leader in consumer electronics.

Reporting to the HRBP for the division, this role is based out of Sydney Olympic Park, and can be worked on either a full-time or 4-day per week basis. Key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Providing advice and support in relation to the interpretation of company policies and procedures, and entitlements under employee agreements and legislation
  • Preparing and reviewing employment contracts and documents related to changes in terms and conditions
  • Overseeing and facilitating workplace investigations and supporting client leaders with employee performance related matters (low to medium risk level)
  • Acting in an advisory capacity to support and coach client leaders in the management of employee related matters
  • Supporting and facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensuring employment requirements including documents, WHS, approvals and probity checks remain compliant through consistent audits
  • Supporting in the development, rollout and ongoing maintenance of people related activities and HR Projects. IE, Goal Setting and L&D
  • Weekly/monthly reporting and managing master data in the HRIS system
  • Ad-hoc HR administrative duties as directed by HRBP

To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar HR role, have completed a degree within Human Resources or related field, and currently hold a valid Australian drivers licence.
