Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Directly reporting to the Financial Controller and collaborating closely with the Managing Director to identify and address areas for enhancement.
As the sole HR Advisor, your main focus will be delivering Human Resources support to employees, managers, and leadership. This role offers significant autonomy within the HR function, providing an opportunity to delve into the nuances of a distinctive industry.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support with the end to end recruitment process, including writing job advertisements, screening, interviewing, reference checking
- Coordination of the employee’s tenure, from their induction and job transitions to their departure from the organisation
- Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues including procedures, legislation, and compliance with the Enterprise Agreement
- Support the training and development process
- Maintain, develop and improve HR Policies & Procedures
- Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement initiatives identified in the Employee Engagement Survey, with a focus on promoting employee engagement and wellbeing
- Ensure that the HR function operates efficiently and effectively
