Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the sole HR Advisor, your focus will be delivering Human Resources support to employees, managers, and leadership. This role offers significant autonomy within the HR function, providing an opportunity to delve into the nuances of a distinctive industry.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide detailed advice to management and employees on HR-related issues including procedures, legislation, and compliance with the Enterprise Agreement
- Coordination of the employee’s tenure, from their induction and job transitions to their departure from the organisation
- Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement initiatives identified in the Employee Engagement Survey, with a focus on promoting employee engagement and wellbeing
- Provide support with the end to end recruitment process, including writing job advertisements, screening, interviewing and reference checking
- Complete the busy day to day HR administration requirements
- Support the training and development process
- Maintain, develop and improve HR policies & procedures
- Ensure that the HR function operates efficiently and effectively
