Savanna has an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our growing team. Based in Toowoomba.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting the Human Resources Manager, you will be working a small team to provide a well-rounded Human Resources service to the business.
  • Coaching managers on best practice, performance management, conversations and investigations.
  • End-to-end recruitment activities such as preparing job descriptions, advertising roles, conducting interviews, background checking, employment offers and on boarding.
  • Providing advice and assistance on Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Oversee system data entry processes, maintenance and updating of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) including ConnX.
