    Unite Resourcing is a highly reputable company with a widespread presence in the civil, mining, and construction industries. We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be a strategic partner to our clients’ leadership team, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives and promote a positive employee experience. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or similar
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (ideally)
  • Experience supporting organisations within the resources sector will be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge and experience applying industrial relations/employee relations practices and legislation.
    Annual Salary $65,000 - $75,00

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Lead and support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Stay current on HR trends and legislation to ensure compliance and best practices.
