As a member of SIIT’s HR team, the incumbent provides direction, support and resources to deliver on the Institute’s employee services initiatives. The HR Analyst provides advice, direction and support throughout the Institute on HR programs and services related to SIIT’s human resources management system (HRMS), employment contracts, payroll, as well as, other project work. The role will also be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance SIIT’s HR policies and procedures, and connecting with other department leads on applicable policy development. This position will conduct research and analysis, while ensuring compliance with current policies and applicable legislation. The position includes the following accountabilities:
