KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Guidance and coordination of the Group’s safe and respectful workplace agenda.
Management of the Group’s leadership suite of programs.
Integration of key capabilities into applicable HR practices, such as recruitment, succession planning and talent management.
Governance of the human resources standard across the Group.
Oversight and management of the talent management and succession planning practices, with a specific focus on senior leadership.
Policy development and review to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
Oversight and management of industrial relations matters including legislation changes, disciplinary matters and/or grievances.
Capability-build for the human resources function across the Group.
Oversight and management of corporate recruitment activities.
Generalist human resources business partner activities.
Support change management initiatives within the corporate office.
Key skills and experience required for you to thrive in this role, will include:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or Behavioural Sciences.
Proven ability to work from a strategic to operational level, with a “hands on” approach.
Extensive Human Resources experience within a heavy-industry environment (ideally Mining Services or Mining).
High level of expertise in leadership development, culture, and talent management.
Well-developed skills across leadership, influencing, stakeholder-management and communication.
