POTENTIAL EARNING UP TO 45K
DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our expanding Department. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Assistant will be an integral part in ensuring that the department operates smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. You will need great communication skills and have the ability to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

- Expert level written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
- Supports the department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants when necessary
- Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Sets up and schedules complicated meetings for interviewees, hiring managers, employees, and department heads.
- Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Provide communication support; handle incoming calls and direct as appropriate.
- Dispatch concerned employee relation calls as appropriate
- Personnel file maintenance
- Proofing/editing written documents
- Special projects as needed
