REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and assist with the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training as needed.
  • Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Process HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and employee benefits enrollment forms, and update HRIS systems accordingly.
  • Assist with benefits administration tasks, including enrolling employees in benefit plans, processing changes, and responding to employee inquiries about benefits.
  • Assist with payroll processing tasks, such as timekeeping, processing payroll changes, and verifying payroll data for accuracy.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests for information about HR policies, procedures, and programs, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including coordinating performance evaluations, tracking performance metrics, and preparing performance review documents.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR policy updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR information and employee matters.
