POSITION OVERVIEW:

Lambert Nemec Group, Winnipeg’s leader in Permanent Recruitment, has partnered with our client to recruit for a Human Resources Assistant who will play a key role within the organization.
The HR Assistant is critical to the success of the HR team by supporting the HR Director to ensure that the Human Resources department operates effectively and efficiently. This role will focus mainly on recruitment for the many company locations, in addition to various other administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 years’ Human Resources experience or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in recruitment is an asset.
- Accountability, ability to multi-task, and strong organization skills.
- Strong verbal and written c ommunication skills to develop and deliver multi-mode communications .
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment for the various company locations, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and reference checks, to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide general HR support to employees and managers, respond to HR-related inquiries, maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, and prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Assist the HR Director with all HR and office administration tasks, including but not limited to data entry, policy updates, event planning, personnel documentation, onboarding, and exit interviews.
