Responsibilities:
Position provides back-up to first point of contact for visitors, applicants and callers. Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administrative duties for the employment process. Provides back up coverage to the Administrative Assistant. Greets and assists employees and visitors to the department representing Mercy Medical Center by exhibiting excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience is required
