Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Vice President of Human Resources and others, as needed, including answering phones, managing calendars, completing expense reports, processing bills, filing, and taking meeting notes
  • Proofread and type documents and correspondence produced by department.
  • Maintain human resources files, forms, records, and information
  • Creation and maintenance of team member employment files
  • Develop and maintain reports that assist in making appropriate business decisions. Prepare human resource reports such as experience and exit interview data, time and attendance reports etc.
  • Maintain current, accurate and up to date information on the ADP team member portal/ intranet page
  • Review and adjudicate background check reports as per guidelines
  • Create I9 status reports from dashboard
  • Assist with setting up new human resource department team members with appropriate system access
  • Review and report on referral program payouts
  • Assisting with audits and acquisitions as needed
  • Handle requests and coordinate escalation of issues
  • Perform ad hoc projects as necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Arrive on time and ready to work

Qualifications:
-
- 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
- 1-2 years of human resources experience a plus
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) preferred
- Foundational knowledge in Google Suite, ADP Workforce Now, E-Time, iCIMS, Equifax a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including above average Excel skills
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of trustworthiness in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Interpersonal communication- excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively, professionally, with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to take and follow directions, follow up, manage ongoing tasks, and follow through on assignments
- Ability to work well with others, as part of a team, and independently
