Stuteville Chevrolet of Durant is looking to employ a Human Resources Assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills! The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Coordinator and Controller by assisting with benefits administration, absence tracking, and record maintenance for employees. HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work at a fast pace without sacrificing the quality of work

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and filing systems and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Assist in maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leaves
  • Oversee employee benefits including reviewing monthly payroll benefit deductions and monitoring provider billing.
  • Ensure compliance with I-9 form completion and filing requirements
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Assist the Controller, performing tasks as assigned
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
