REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/Agriculture/FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.(Excel,Word and PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn IT systems, hardware, software, and mobile applications.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective task and time management abilities.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS software.
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages.
  • Responsible and reliable work approach.
  • Good multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Process background checks and maintain candidate database.
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
  • Manage attendance and leave management as per company policy.
  • Prepare and update employee work schedules.
  • Process payroll with statutory adherence.
  • Coordinate hiring activities and fill manpower gaps.
  • Support the hiring team with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
  • Research and recruit candidates to widen the qualified applicant pool.
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Resolve any queries related to payroll.
  • Ensure no discrepancies in payroll activities.
  • Draft and maintain payroll reports
