REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/Agriculture/FMCG
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.(Excel,Word and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn IT systems, hardware, software, and mobile applications.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective task and time management abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS software.
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages.
- Responsible and reliable work approach.
- Good multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Process background checks and maintain candidate database.
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
- Manage attendance and leave management as per company policy.
- Prepare and update employee work schedules.
- Process payroll with statutory adherence.
- Coordinate hiring activities and fill manpower gaps.
- Support the hiring team with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
- Research and recruit candidates to widen the qualified applicant pool.
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
- Resolve any queries related to payroll.
- Ensure no discrepancies in payroll activities.
- Draft and maintain payroll reports
