REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an integral member of our Human Resources team, the Human Resources Associate will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and structure of our ever-growing team at Million Dollar Sellers (MDS). This position demands a blend of active recruitment, efficient onboarding, and comprehensive support to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and team members. By leveraging platforms like Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter, you’ll drive our efforts in attracting, evaluating, and onboarding top talent from around the globe. Your work will directly contribute to building a resilient, dynamic, and inclusive workforce that embodies the values and aspirations of MDS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to Workable, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
Develop and implement onboarding programs that ensure new hires integrate effectively into the MDS culture and understand our core values and operations.
Assist in maintaining HR records, including employee details, performance reviews, and compliance documents.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Participate in global HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including benefits administration and leave management.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
