Responsibilities:
As a member of the People Team, this role provides direct support to Auvik’s leaders and employees by driving initiatives that impact employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent management, performance management, operational efficiency, DEI and culture. The People Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor providing guidance and support to assigned teams and leaders on all areas of the employee experience.
