Are you a strategic and compassionate HR Business Partner with the ambition to build a legacy within your HR career? I am pleased to say I am collaborating with a dynamic SME Insurance Syndicate as they search for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team through an exciting period of change.
Working to support a leading Head of HR and working with another HR BP, you will be working in tandem with both back and front office client groups to look at the people driven strategy in the UK and Bermuda.
This is a truly generalist position where you will be the conduit between your senior stakeholders in your client group and the specialists across Recruitment, Comps and Bens. A strong candidate fit for this role will come with previous experience within Financial Services and be able to demonstrate their knack for influencing stakeholders and having the gravitas to operate at a high level within a well-stocked HR function. You will be an HR Business Partner who is used to working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge and is always looking for the next area of improvement for the employees your role impacts.
As this business is in a place of growth and acquisition, you will be involved in the strategy behind the reorganisation of the business so some prior knowledge of designing and developing organisational structures will be advantageous. Development is at the core of this role; working in conjunction with the employee base to identify areas for talent development in all levels of seniority.
Bruin recognises the positive value of diversity, and aims to promote equality and challenge unfair discrimination. As a champion of equal opportunity employment we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons – men and women, people of all ages, sexual orientations, nationalities, religions and beliefs. We particularly encourage applications from women, disabled, and Black, Asian and minority ethnic candidates as these groups are underrepresented throughout the financial services industry. Our clients work with us because they value a diverse workforce, and subscribe to our shared principle that all appointments are made on merit and that ability to perform the job will be the primary consideration.
