Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team based in Calgary. Candidates in Edmonton will also be considered. In this role, you will blend strategy with hands-on execution to support building high-performing teams throughout our organization. You will foster trusting partnerships within your assigned business units and drive impactful talent strategies aligned with company objectives. You will leverage your experience to advise leaders and drive success in performance optimization, employee relations, engagement, talent development, and more. You will also provide expertise and support to leadership in a unionized environment. This role will be pivotal in nurturing a thriving team environment that will contribute to the company’s success.
