Description:

Due to internal movements, EACH is seeking a skilled and highly driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide business-focused, strategic, and operational HR advice and services.
As one of our HRBP’s, you will play a pivotal role in delivering on EACH’s strategic objectives and empowering our employees to thrive.

You will:

  • Serve as a consultant to your designated portfolios, interpreting HR policies and legislation, coaching and supporting leaders on the full range of people-related matters, change management and IR queries.
  • Work in partnership with management teams to identify the people implications of strategic and business plans and other developments.
  • Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Promote new ways of working and agree appropriate local-level interventions to maximise opportunities, support change and manage risk.
  • Work as part of a collaborative team where the focus is on providing the highest service to our customer, including assisting other team members when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in the role of HRBP, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
  • Experience in employee relations and complex case management, including disciplinary processes, investigations and grievance resolution.
  • Relevant People Business Partnering experience with demonstrated capability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills to drive positive outcomes and build collaborative relationships.
  • Strong strategic advisory skills, enabling you to analyse risks, make sound judgments, and solve complex problems.
  • Experience in managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
  • AHRI certification, or working towards (desirable).
