We are searching for a Human Resources Business Partner – EMEA 12 month FTC to join our team. To be successful in this role you will need to be a true HR generalist and comfortable operating across tactical and strategic spaces. You will be responsible for taking an active role in the support and implementation of strategies to support business objective. You will also

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Discrete and trustworthy managing confidential information
  • Proven track record as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
  • Up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer focus
  • Experience in employee relations is essential.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Flexible and proactive approach
  • Keen interest in D&I and Wellbeing

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the designated leader(s) to create and implement solutions to meet the business objectives across all areas of people management.
  • Builds strong, effective relationships and gains in-depth business knowledge.
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate drawing on best practice, company policy and procedures, local law, and compliance. Analyses and provides data insight to inform effective decision making.
  • Shapes culture, keeps a pulse on employee engagement, working closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale and retention.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions.
  • Holds regular 1-2-1’s with the leadership team, participates in management and employee meetings.
  • Collaborate with L&D to provide management development support to your business areas.
  • Other duties as assigned.
